	March 13th, 2012, 03:46 PM #462Thanks littlemiss but I cannot use half -- our attempt is tonight...in only 4 1/2 hours!

You are right Hope&dream, its bfp time!! You are sooo motivating! We don't know if ph even sways, and no matter what my ph is in my vg if its not low up there then nothing I use will help me. I should just go for it and use nothing, no? Its not like I haven't been using the rephresh, I used it on Sunday morning. And with attempt #2 & 3 tonight I will use a drop of sylk.
Many people conceive girls without rephresh or replens or anything -- I need to tell myself that. 2005; 2005; 2007; 2007; 2009; 2009; arrived 6/28/14!! arrived 6/28/14!!
 5 failed IVF/PGD's 2010-2012
Ectopic pregnancy 2013 that caused IC

Emergency cerclage at 18 wks & Suffered through months of strict bed rest to keep this little man baking. My water broke at 31w4d and He finally arrive June 28 at 32 weeks!
He is so strong and perfect! Truly my little angel.

March 13th, 2012, 03:50 PM #463Yes. And I am one of them. Was losing weight and was relaxed. Didn't know what rephresh was! I only said tiny bit bc I didn't think you'd want to do none! Maybe don't use any and just use a tiny bit of sylk on dh it will get in your nooks and crannies. Last edited by HopeandDreamG; March 13th, 2012 at 03:54 PM. March 13th, 2012, 03:56 PM #465Well I was thinking -- if we messed up our fr or he did not abstain long enough then I would touch up on the rephresh. But I did use a whole app. sunday morning and will use another tomorrow morning after our attempts when it is due. So I am using it every 3 days. Just not doing touch ups. Sylk with attempts.
Rephresh lowers sperm count, not gives you a girl. And I already have his sperm count lowered by 11 days abstaining and then dtd again 2 hours later. I don't need to lower it even more by killing it off with more rephresh than recommended.
 Do you agree?
1/4 app of rephresh if we messed up lowering his count, but we didn't -- its perfect. So no need for a touch up of rephresh.
 Tell me if u think i am crazy. 2005; 2005; 2007; 2007; 2009; 2009; arrived 6/28/14!! arrived 6/28/14!!

March 13th, 2012, 03:59 PM #467PFP, the rephresh decision is totally your call. I didn't use it for my attempt because it was preventing ME from getting preg. It's a totally personal thing, but for that being said, I think you are doing a lot that is already lowering his sperm count and maybe rephresh is too much? Again, don't want to persuade you out of it, just some food for thought.

March 13th, 2012, 06:24 PM #470Fantastic news LittleMiss!!! You must be absolutely thrilled!! I hope your BFP rubs off on the rest of us! You must be absolutely thrilled!! I hope your BFP rubs off on the rest of us!
PFP I wouldn't do a touch up on Rephresh either. As you said you used it 2 1/2 days ago n it should last 72 hours. Also, we have all been on this diet n lifestyle for so long now that I couldn't bare the thought of another whole month of this, n I'm sure you feel the same way! You are doing so many other things I would just try to get pg.
Still not sure whether to do just the one attempt or to follow PFP n try another attempt immediately after? I had a fade in on my FR opk this morning, so will test using my CB digital this arvo...not long to go now
