I really have no willpower. It's been horrible.

Hopefully all is well that ends well.

you can eat cheese as long as you stay within limits - fat, sodium, etc. because it's high in both of those

you can eat most things in moderation on the LE diet. Cooked tomatoes are thought to be fine, though.

have you read the food list? it's quite comprehensive: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-...html#post34039

Cheese is fine on the diet as long as you can fit it into your daily cals/fat/protein/sodium but I am seriously addicted to it so I don't have much (b/c I'll want MORE) and I find it's usually too high in fat/protein/sodium to have much anyway. Tomatoes are okay on the diet but I think they're not something you'd want to eat everyday/all the time due to the higher nutrients.

Edited to say...I was posting the same time as Rainbow

Why would we want to up our calories? Or do you mean get calories without going over the limits of protein, fat etc.?

Yes...exactly! I find that once I've reached about 1000 cals, my fat/protein budgets are blown and I just need cals in. Sugar is great for this but potatoes can be too, especially if you can spluge a bit on sodium to make them more palatable.

Dh always comes home with the wrong stuff. I appreciate him going but sometimes its just not worth it! Especially right now bc of mny SWAY, if its not the exact product I dont want a substitute. I sound so unappreciative- LOL I often send him a pic of the product!

some of us find it hard to eat enough calories to reach the limits some days, cheese can help us get up to a safer range
