Hey girls,

I'm back! Went for my scan at 12+4 on Monday and was feeling very nervous about it. Anyway, I nearly fell off the bed when the trainee tech said 'there's two in there...'! Er, what?! We have no twins in the family, I didn't take any fertility drugs or anything like that, complete shock! I am so nervous as my eldest is only going to be 6. But hopeful I can cope, it is such a special thing after all!

I posted the nub shots in the ultrasound forum

Omg congrats! I was the same way when I found out! No family history or fertility drugs either just blessed with two. CONGRATS! I am so excited for you!!!!

Ah momof3 it's nice to have a twin pal! How have you been so far, physically? So please for you too, a boy and a girl is just fab. I'm hoping for this combo or twin girlies, but will be pleased if its a boy and girl as my ds3 who is still v young will have a little buddy

I've been to soft play with the kids as its school hols. Felt so rough all day and happy to be lounging in my pjs now . I'm not working this weekend so gonna try get some maternity clothes, I have nothing and a quick growing bump!

What about you? How you feeling? Are you going to have a gender scan? I looked into it but its £150 so I'll just have to wait till 20weeks! Xxx

Lol I have been lounging in my PJs all day long I don't work so if i don't have anywhere to go I won't even get out of bed!! At 14 weeks I don't have a bump yet but I am in the awkward place of not having anything to wear and nothing fits! I thought we were done with kids so I threw/gave everything away and I have to start all over again :/
Not doing any gender scans, my next appointment is March 12th so I will wait until then and hopefully at 17 weeks my Dr can tell me 100% what the gender is. Although pretty much everyone said it's a girl it would be nice to hear it 100% so I can go shopping lol
Then in the beginning of April I would have to go to London for my 20 week scan.
