Wondering if anyone has heard of it helping to have husbands workout and gain muscle to help sway boy??

Atomic replied to a query I had in another thread with what she thought were solid up to date blue sway tactics. She definitely said weights for DW but for DH she just specified no jogging or cycling.

Yep been told the same thing. More muscle for the wife, doesn't matter for the DH just keep those puppies cool!!

Yes! We should start a meal thread! Or do it in here! I know what I need to eat but I struggle with variety and need to keep it interesting to succeed.

Bommy- I am a runner also, will be tough to give up. I have a pretty obsessive personality so I'm glad I'll have the weight training to keep me occupied. I think I'll be on the same time frame as you to go full on he. I am doing supps and weights now and have started incorporating more he friendly ways but just can't start with the larger amounts of calories yet!

Bommy any meal ideas you come up with for a blue sway would make a great thread. I haven't seen too many specific ideas for blue posted anywhere.

I'll need to look up and share a few. I did a really easy beef and broccoli recipe the other night :-)

I have been perusing pintrest to find dinner ideas. I'll see if I can find a few that I've tested and are successful. Sine I work I'm huge into crock pot or easy meals that only take like 30-45 mins to make. I tend to get stuck in the same things day in and out so I need to look for some inspiration to switch it up.
