Thanks girls, well next month will be 4th month of trying, 1st month i only made attempt day 11 so was way out i think as DH was working away. I don't really understand every 4days surley DTD when you get pos opk is more accurate? X

It is believed to work also, so you will be DTD every 72 hrs unprotected, or you can also include OPK

One attempt for a couple of months..
Then e96..
Then e72..
Then e96 + one attempt at pos OPK..
Then e72 + one attempt at pos OPK..
And so on..
