Just had my 18 week scan and it is a beautiful baby boy! I thought we were going to hear boy the whole time, but last week the P.A. that did an ultrasound guessed girl. I still knew in my gut she was going to be wrong but it was still a little let down when we heard the words officially. Anyway, I had my moment of sadness and I'm sure more to come since this is our last. But I'm happy he is healthy and hey, while I won't have my own princess I will be a princess to 3 beautiful boys!

Well she's definitely still a girl.
However my friend wanted to warn me , even though she knows it common, since I will hear at my level 2 next week, that she has choroid plexus cysts on her brain, anyone familiar with this?

Mine says 250, too -- but almost 5k posts!

Tm&al- I'm ok. Not great. Why did they do an amnio? Were their other soft markers? I'm cautious about that too. My Cousins wife had an amnio which resulted in infection and and lost her twins once.
It says that trisomy or not the cysts always resolve its just a matter of if they mean anything I guess?
My dr said they see them all the time . He didn't seem concerned
