    LOL this was actually a much shorter q than I thought when I first read it.

    No, that is perfectly fine and I always ate at about that time of day because I couldn't sleep otherwise.

    Thanks Atomic! I canīt sleep either if I am hungry. Skipping breakfast (or at least delaying it) is a lot easier to me.

    me too! I think the important thing (and this is what has been shown iin a couple studies as well) is that there's a nice long run with no food coming in. Regardless of time, 12-16 hours without eating seems to help improve insulin sensitivity and in animals has been shown to sway pink.
