John arrived yesterday afternoon by c-section after my body once again refused to dilate past 2cm in spite of good strong contractions for over 24hrs. He is almost 2lb bigger then my DD at 8lb 15 oz not chubby just really long. He is absolutely perfect and we are so in love with himDD

Afy...looks like she didn't have labour progress after 24 hours and was still only 2 cms, hence the need for the section....correct me if I'm wrong :/ 6 4 Dec 09 2 August 2013

Thanks everyone. Spot on for the reason for the section mini. The same thing happened with DD except I was left to labour for a lot longer and my body was going into shock before the section with her.
