Did some more reading and now I'm like hrmm. So these protein powders contain a lot of branch chain amino acids, which I read can raise testosterone. They aid in protein synthesis and are taken by ppl who want to build muscle. I'm going to steer clear I think. It may be ok, but the prospect of it not being ok will stress me out!

Yeah but you need some amino acids - that is what protein is. If you stick within the diet limits it's ok now and then.
