I am not sick of the exercise yet. I am actually borderline obsessed with doing it and losing weight. It's gratifying. I am sure if I don't conceive my 1st try out I will get discouraged and sick of it though.
Could you maybe try switching it up a bit? Trying a new exercise? Going a different time of day?DS 12008

Maybe I'll try doing something different. Usually the time of day isn't consistent, just whenever I can squeeze it in. I could try riding a bike maybe.

Willowsgirl - I have been exercising an hour a day 5-6 days per week for almost a month, I am a personal trainer and even I'm getting sick of it. Not sure what I'll do if I dont conceive first try, I'm starting to get over it already. At the same time I like it as it is 'me' time. I walk on the treadmill and watch tv shows on the iPad. Lately I've been obsessed with datelines to catch a predator, so I watch that for an hour.
Lavieenrose - fingers crossed it is a sticky bean. One of my friends bled badly when she was first pregnant (I'm talking clots and everything). Fingers crossed for you!
To everyone: what BD pattern are you all following?5 1/2

Thank you lovely ladies for your support and kind words.
I don't 'feel' pregnant if that makes sense so I'm thinking its prob not meant o be.
The strange thing is that I had a mc two years ago at the same time give it take a few days.... Isn't it a bit spooky?
So I'm still carrying on the le diet and sticking to my sway plan.
Not sure when we can resume bd though.
First attempt we bd at +OPK but we had plan to bd every 4 days for the next cycle
I'm not exercising as wouldn't find the time or motivation to do it everyday.
Good luck to all if you with your attempt.
