If you're eating less protein, less cals, less fat, and losing weight, you have more wiggle room on the blood sugar stuff. You may be surprised that it's easier to lose weight on LE than you think. Focus more on veggies, less on simple carbs.
Just like the other thread we were chatting on, I'm just trying to explain the reasons why people can eat foods that we might think of as "pink" and conceive boys, and vice versa. It's not the foods, it's what they do inside your body that counts.

I don't eat a lot of sugar (I have 2 DD's) and I use Stevia in my coffee. But ITA with all of atomic's theories on diet. I have a stereotypically girl diet. I can literally eat an eggo for breakfast with coffee and then graze empty calorie snacks and then have one big dinner every day. I have no consistent diet of protein + carbs. When I do, I actually feel sick and overfull. So you need to find a diet that works for your body that makes your body feel good and at it's healthiest.
