I have 2 pos opks! Because of some stress we made pause this cycle anyway, but just wanted to know if that happens again. Yesterday and today at same time i had very dark positive opk. When to bd?
Temp is a little bit lower ( i changed to digital ) than last few days , it was actualy 3 days of 36.4 C and today is 36.3 C.

I want you to attempt the night of the FIRST positive OPK (not the darkest but the first), again the next morning if possible, then again that same night (so two times in one day if you can). Then the following night if possible. Then, every other day after that in case of delayed O.

And before positive opk what should be the pattern? We cant figure out what way is the best way. I think we could abstain 2-3 days before pos opk. Is that ok? Im confused, we made 2 girls with 10+ days abstaining, and first one is when i had pos opk just one attempt that night. So if i take timing out of story could just abstaining be a reason for girls? Dh have a low drive so i hope that is not the reason..
Wanted everything differrent with this (final) baby.

I personally like to see you guys having unprotected sex every 2-4 days when you aren't fertile. This is what most of us with all boys do, regular unprotected sex when not fertile, then when not trying, we use protection during our fertile window, and whne we are trying, we stop using protection. Some evidence indicates that regular exposure to the hormones in your hsuband's semen may help both make you more fertile and can also sway blue.
Abstaining is believed to sway pink and one attempt is also believed to sway pink so those two things combined could definitely have swayed pink for you.
You don't need to abstain 2-3 days but yes just overall your pattern should NOT be long periods of abstain OR long periods of back to back intercourse either. Just overall have sex every 2-4 days, and then hit it in the fertile window 3-5 times.!!! Questions??

Hi its been a long time, still nothing with us. Every month its some new chalenge, flu, his job, wrong result of tests etc. Now im waiting af to start and we will try this cycle (i hope so)
I have some more questions
What do you think about these foods
Young beef
Smoked chicken
Smoked pork
Bacon
Goat milk
Milk chocolate every once in a while
Camomile tea
Lemon tea (i put half lemon and some sugar or honey)
Last two i dont use now but i usualy do in this time of the year.
If you remember my last posts, i still do what i did, takin vitamins, folic acid, fish oil every second day , my cycles were messed up and finaly changing to normal, about 30-32 days

They are all fine for a boy. I would go easy on pork and bacon because pork does have higher amounts of Omega 6 fats. I would also go light on smoked meats as they ahve nitrates in them. Bacon also has very little protein and is pretty much a waste of calories for very few nutrients.
I would not have chamomile more than 2-3 days a week in case there is some medicinal effect.
Everything else is fine.!!! Questions??

Thanks for fast answer!
Camomile i used to drink very often earlier, but its been almost a year how i dont drink it. When its so cold outside we like to get warm with this tea, like a tradition, my family loves it. I think i will give it just to my kids now
at least for next few months.
I hope this thread is helpful for someone else too!
I eat bacon a few times a week, like 1-2 times and in a small amount with cream chesse and green leafy veg, in a tortilla, whole baked potato or something like that. In my last pregnancy i craved for bacon and i ate it like crazy!

Based on my story of my past few cycles if you remember atomic, would you recommend me to use soy isoflavones? My cycles are pretty messed up over 6months already and i am really stressed about it. This one was late 5days, af came today. So i again cant be sure when my o day was.
If i take soy , should i be monnitored or not? I really want to have normal ovulation already, just like before, i hope that soy can help.
Is there anything else i could do, and not to ruin my blue sway?

I have seen soy mess up people's cycles even MORE so I don't suggest it. I also have reason to believe that contrary to what they say on some sites, soy sways pink and I'd not recommend it.
5 days late for your period, while annoying, is not terrible. It's really quite minor and not unusual. You don't need to know when ovulation occurred, you just need to be having regular sex if possible and then whenever you think you're about to ovulate, start having MORE sex. And since your ovulation has been delayed, keep having sex even after you think you've ovulated. This isn't an insurmountable problem, just keep having sex. Remember, most people never knew when they ovualted (or even that they did! ovulation has only been discovered recently) and still people have boys without knowing when ovulation is. It's just not the case that we must know when O happens to conceive a boy.
