My temp has dropped below coverline, so I’m waiting for AF to arrive, which I’m kind of relieved about , I’ve had a month from hell [emoji24]
I can’t wait to see all the BFP XX

Oh man. I hope next month is better. I dont really understand the charts. Do you know a good place to explain. Like I guess dropping temps means AF?

Not always but commonly yes. You may experience a steady decline in temps or just a sharp dip towards or at the end of your lp (luteal phase - days between o and af) indicating af is immenent. Dips prior to this though (between say 6-10dpo) can either indicate possible implantation but most commonly is caused by a secondary estrogen surge.

Temping is used to track o to within a day or so. But it's charting in total that really helps narrow it down as while some experience a sharp rise in temp, some experience a gradual rise. There are other patterns too like a fallback rise which we'll go into if needed. So your temps combined with opk results, cm and cp if you track (many dont) give an overall picture and you can usually determine most likely day of o from. I like to explain why I think a certain day/s are possible so you'll learn as we go along [emoji4]

That's strange emshe as your temp is usually lower earlier hours of morning (depending on when you went to bed of course [emoji12]) and is falsely elevated later if disturbed (tossing and turning). I hate to say it but I'm thinking you should ditch temping after o is confirmed as I think the stress of it may be affecting your sleep... *maybe* at least commit to not temping the next two mornings as a start and see if that works sleep wise?

I've followed your story through this month and feel your pain, I used to have a regular and predictable cycle but since ttc and the ectopic last year my cycle has gone to pieces. I never get a blazing positive opk. But this month it was stressing me out and because of that I think it's delaying my Os so my partner and I decided to just dtd and be done with it. He's ok with which ever gender we get as long as it's healthy but my heart is still set on blue. If this time around isn't successful I'll be dumping the opk for sure and just stick to natural tracking.
Good luck HDP I have everything crossed for you that you get your pink bfp this cycle and just know you're not alone in this I'm CD 23 and still no real sign for me either and I'm also normally o'ing CD 17 or 18...
