I'm not so much cranky as tired and I ache, I just don't have any energy!
Another 3lb off for me this week - this makes 21.5lb in 6 weeks. YayPeople have started noticing that I've lost weight now and asking me what I'm doing and I'm always very vague and say something like 'not eating much!' or 'not eating between meals'. Usually when I lose weight I do it very healthily!
I have a couple of hours at home by myself now as I took the day off work to watch DS1's sports day this morning - I had plans of clearing out the play room but I think I'll need a coffee before I can even get my bum off the sofa!2005

I'm going to try not to cheat as much today (though I think under the circumstances I did ok yesterday). My brother is here until after lunch, so I just have to find something girl-friendly and not too full of sodium to eat for lunch, and then I can have rice pasta for supper as usual. He was the ideal houseguest to have during this diet because he's vegetarian anyway, so it didn't seem weird to him for me to order all vegetarian dishes at the Indian restaurant last night. I tried to keep my portions low - I know I shouldn't have had that Naan, but I couldn't resist

Good job zanacal! People notice my weight loss too, they worry that Iīve become anorexic
I really need to stay at this weight now, my BMI is 17,5-18. I did remain at weight for 2 weeks but today I lost again, I have been sick on sunday, throwing up.
DH says he will stop TTC if I donīt eat a bit of meat or fish every evening, so yesterday I had a piece of cod.
So I really need to ovulate!!! before I get in a TW times-have-gotten-better-mode. no sign of O yet, I made my ticker with a lot of wishfull thinking haha-

Hey all...just popping on to say I'll probably be gone for a week as we're getting unexpected guests today.
Wowzuhs....bad timing and more sneaking around w/my meals, etc. I know I'll be fine w/what I eat (although there will be temptations!) but I'm a bit stressed on what to feed everyone as they all eat meat and I have no clue how to make it since I've been a vegetarian all my adult life. I guess I'll figure it out...I'll try to post while I can.
BTW, yesterday went well! I was so busy that I wasn't able to eat my 1st meal until 1:30! I think I'll try to shoot for 11:00ish if I can b/c I think it'll make things go more smoothly instead of wanting to inhale everything in sight later on in the day. Mocha, was it you who posted that you ate rice and yogurt w/cumin & lemon juice? Genius!!! I had that yesterday and I felt like I was cheating b/c it was so yummy!!! I can't wait until my 1st meal today since that's at the top of my list. I'll be grilling portobellos and zucchini to go along w/that for lunch.
The reason I was trying to eat between 3-5 as my last meal was mostly for when I was still eating brekkie. I could usually have my last meal by 4:15 easily since after 4p.m. my day gets super-crazy and I don't have time to eat anyway. I was kind of doing the low BS thing in reverse of what you all are doing b/c that seemed to work well for me. I kind of panicked and wasn't sure if this was pink-friendly strategy or not so I started to keep my bs low in the a.m. instead of the afternoon/p.m.
Doula, I didn't get a chance to respond but I saw your post (HUNGRY!!!!) and I was comiserating right there with you. DH saw it & was cracking up b/c he knew I've been going through the same thing.
Sending you all lots and lots of luck and I hope at least one of you is preg before I come back in a week.

OotB - I had house guests for a week leading up to my last attempt, so I can commiserate. At least because you're vegetarian already it won't look weird for you to be eating something different - I had to be super sneaky so they wouldn't notice. And yes, that was me that made that rice dish. It IS yummy, eh?
I'm going to be pretty much offline for several days while I'm at my cottage this weekend, and I don't know how I'll cope without you ladies! My Mom has an iPhone so I can borrow that once in a while, but that'll be it.
