I may as well just wait now i am so close to AF being due, my skin has broken out really bad, i just dont feel hopeful at all. Trust me it has been really really hard to not test, but i have waited this long, another couple of days isn't so bad, well it is but i just made this promise to myself because of all the previous cycle dissapointments.

It's more for me. My DH doesn't really care at this point, although if given the choice, he'd probably choose a boy just because we already have 2 girls (they are from previous marriage, too....any baby we conceive, if we ever do, would be his one and only bio child...not that he cares bc he loves my girls as if they were his own, just saying....). I would just really like the experience of raising both genders of children. But honestly, when you can't conceive, you don't really care anymore.

Cinss, you never know...I felt super AFish when I got bfps in the past also. I think it's tricky because the symptoms are the same and you can get cramping from implantation, etc, right at pre-AF time. Are you gonna POAS in the morning?
POP, good lord, your cycle was like mine this month, late and weird! Do you feel like you Oed?
Skrimpy, GL with all the packing and house selling- saw the pics on FB, looks amazing! I love the stone fireplace! I added you to the group, btw. I was trying to do it on my phone and it was not letting me this weekend for some ridiculous reason.
RE: babysitting, we don't have family in town either, so I found an awesome girl who babysits my kids. She's mid20s and an EMT (medic) by day....get any better than that? I pay her $10 an hour though, so she always makes herself available if I need her, but that being said, we don't go out much because those nights can get pricey with $50+ added on for sitter. My girls go to their real father's house every other weekend, so we just go out then. If we ever had a baby, though, we'd be in the stay home all the time camp for sure! Unless I could entice my ILs to move here with a cute little grandchild. But you gals with older girls, start priming them to watch the brood! My DD1 is almost 10 and I bet she could watch herself and DD2 at 12 or so.

According to FF I O'ed...currently 3dpo at the moment but not likely to be preggers with a 5 day cutoff and an attempt on O day. But after all that waiting and stress I don't even care this cycle! Just waiting for AF so I can try and get my cycle to be bloody normal!!!!

Wow no wonder those ppl on ebay were automatically outbidding me...they prob had that snipe!! thanks for the tip ladies!!
Hobbers, so sad about maternity clothesI am still in dire need! My bump today is about to burst out of my favorite purple work shirt! LOL
I went to goodwill before a few times but they dont have my sizes and have very little selection and all that was left was maternity jeans and too small tops and I already have maternity jeans I wear on casual Friday.
Lola, I'm in the US, in the state of Virginia.
Bec...when you said he thrashed you...at bowling...you got my hopes so high for a moment there! Geez, I think I'm going to have to turn to some trashy romance novels or something,...I am feeling so ardent and no one to give my love to! (DH does not do preg. sex, esp. when there is a bump! He is even more weirded out that we're having a girl this time and will not touch me sexually with a ten foot pole.) We were cuddling up yesterday and I started feeling frisky and he just gave me a look and said "You know I won't go there." /cries...why does he have to be such a dang tease?

If you need something "exciting" to read...try 'Fifty Shades of Grey"...and me sliding off the chair!! Great book!

That's what I heard about Fifty Shades! It's "mommy porn" LOL!
POP, you never know, but hey, let's hope we both have more normal cycles next month if not knocked up now.
Aurora, you aren't far from me at all! Unfortunately, all of my maternity clothes are size S since I was little back then. I will have to probably get a whole new set myself someday if I get pregnant! But, hmmmm....know what I was thinking: I have gotten a few really cute work tops and such at Target that are stretchy. I justified my purchases by saying that I could wear them well into pregnancy if that occurs. They have a cute line of maternity clothes there too, Liz Lange. I;ve actually bought a few maternity tops lately since the baggy thing is in style. You may be able to find just stretchy tops that will work since it's pretty fashionable to wear drapey tops right now. Seems like there are a lot in stores, like tunics and such. But maybe check out Target if you are near one, or even Walmart or something.

PoP, thanks for the suggestion! I have heard that is a pretty sexy book!
I looked at your chart and FF says you're 3 dpo...do you agree/disagree?
Yeah, Lola, I know target has some cute stuff, but I don't want to spend 20 bucks per top. I may have too, just to get a few to make it thru! I may check goodwill again too, because the lady they said they get new inventory in obviously all the time and the maternity clothes go super quick!
