Well, now I am even more thrown then I was yesterday, well it started yesterday, as I said in my last post my temp took a dip yesterday, this was 10 dpo, and then early yesterday evening I got some AF cramps and then I started to bleed, but the thing is I am not expecting AF before the earliest on wednesday, last month my AF didn`t arrive before day 27 and day 27 this cycle isn`t before next thursday. My period has come on day 26 for past three cycles and then it came on day 27 last month, and now day 21

The first thing I thought yeeeeh it is a implantation bleeding, but I am still bleeding today, not a majour bleeding, but more then just spotting, and I have AF pains.
Have I understood that implantation bleeding is just a tiny bleeding, that goes away just as quick as it has comes, or is it an actual bleeding that can stay for a few days? , because how on earth can I go from a 26 -27 day cycle to 21 day cycle. I am only on dpo 11 today so this is something I didn`t expect.
Anyone that is or has been TTC that have suddenly gotten AF way to early? And anyone know why this can suddenly happen?

Wishing-Well, from what I understand if it is bleeding from implantation it only last about a day. But bleeding can happen for other reasons early on. Did your temp go back up today??
Every once in a while I will have a 21 day cycle. My cycles are usually around 23/24 days. Every once in a while one will be shorter or longer.
Hopefully you get things figured out

Wishing well. Implantation bleeding could possibly last a few days but I think it would be spotting and not a heavier flow. Are your temps back up? Otherwise this could be a weird short cycle.I think sometimes our bodies like to play tricks on us when we think we have them figured out

Wishing well- I only had ib with my last pregnancy. It was about 8-9 dpo, nothing ever on my panties, just a hint of blood when I wiped. I noticed it in the evening and it was gone by morning.

I think I actually had spotting from ovulation yesterday. Again just a hint of blood when I wiped. Does being on clomid make ovulation more painful? Yesterday I felt like my ovary/uterus area was going to rip apart! I hope it was only one egg..... I took clomid cd4-8. Before my last pregnancy I would love twins, but after the miscarriage I don't want to complicate things any more than necessary and twins are just too much a risk.

tarasue, yes it is super common for O to be extra painful on clomid. Consider it a sign that you know it worked.

Wishing, I hope it's not AF but if you check out my charts, you can see last month and a few months before I got AF on 10DPO. I have always had a naturally erratic LP though and my O moves around a lot, too.

Junie, thank you I hope so too. You probably COULD fast, btw, but you would need to ease into it very gradually to give your body time to adjust. Nearly everyone can fast - even if not completely, in which case eating very low carb on fasting days helps. My late DH was the same, very prone to headaches when his blood sugar dropped.

Sunbuny, while most of the time, maybe 60% , I O the day after my first positive OPK, I do sometimes O either the same day as my first positive or more often not until 3 days after my first positive. I don't drink coke but I occasionally have coffee or take a caffeine pill during the TWW. I don't think moderate caffeine consumption during pregnancy is a big deal.

Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner

Wishing well. - sounds like a short cycle. It feels horrible when you think you have figured it out and then it keeps us guessing again

Maiden - how do you fast and not lose too much weight? I only ask because my sister is on a diet where 2 times a week she has 500 calories, the other days she eats whatever she wants and she has lost about 3 Kg in as many weeks.

I still don't know if I ovulated. My temp was the same and im now 3 days after my first positive opk. Who knows...

Well, we may have different ideas of 'too much'. Many people do think I'm too thin after fasting hard core. My BMI will drop down to 14 before I plateau and stop losing weight. That sounds low, but I have high body fat for my size, very small, light bones and my natural BMI when not dieting or exercising at all is 17-18. I would agree that most people don't look good and probably wouldn't be healthy with such a low BMI, but I do and I am (as confirmed by several drs and regular bloodwork). The way I did IF before I started swaying I was very focused on nutrition, so even though my overall caloric intake was very low and I was very thin, I was never malnourished and I actually gained muscle without working out. If you google CRON and read about the calorically deprived scientists who lived in the biodome (II, I think), that explains how it's possible. I think going by body fat % is more useful than BMI when fasting. In my case, I couldn't drop below 16%, so at that point I ceased to lose weight. That took 6w of fasting completely 3/4 of the time for me to reach.

But...whenever people don't want to lose more weight for whatever reason, if they don't plateau automatically as I did or they don't want to go that low, they can either eat more on the eating days (which is what I do, to maintain the maximum health benefits of fasting) or eat more on fasting days. Or both even.
