Glad you took inspiration from last night and not tonight's terrible example of LE! Or should I say antii-LE

Yesterday was my cousin's wedding and I did not do well! Today has. Even better but my first meal was way too high in fat. I'm still within limits though.
Breakfast: Almond croissant and coffee
Lunch: Tomato soup and coffee
Dinner: chicken curry and rice with a beer

If you're within your limits then it wasn't too high in fat hon.
I'm not sure what to do about LE and exercise when we go away. We're heading from the UK to California for a "holiday" while we investigate the possibility of relocation. Given that I think we missed this month due to DH being away, my cycles seem to elongate to 44 days on the LE diet AND given that we both agree we're not conceiving in November (DS2 and DS3 are August birthdays two days apart!) then our next attempt will likely be near the end of December!!!! Grrrrrr. So if I relax my diet for the last week of October, will I regret it?2009

Anyone have a good homemade salad dressing for LE diet? I apologize if this is posted somewhere already! I used the search engine and didn't see one pop up.. This is my first post and I'm a complete newbie!
