I started at 115 or thereabouts and around the time of "supposed" ovulation (since I don't really know now) I was 103...
So, maybe too much, too fast.
I didn't NEED to lose weight, considering I'm already lower than the weight I was with conceiving my son, and I am the sort of ideal BMI, but, you know!
I started the diet, with a lot of cheating at the start because of the season, around the first/second week of December.
I'm now eating half and half, though. Been eating my diet lunches as normal at work but dinners have been mostly whatever my husband and son are eating. I'm still hovering around 107, though.

Suregena~I think temping in your months off is a great idea. I watches my cycle for months before attempting and knew my cycles pretty well. It does always seem that it's different when you attempt, but I think it's a great idea nonetheless

Suregena, temping sounds great to me!
i was temping every month as soon as my son was born.
i was using it as a method of contraception, since im not allowed to use any hormone based ones, so by charting i could avoid my fertile times every month.
also figured it would be a good idea to know exactly what my body was doing, so that when we tried again we would have a better shot at pink.

I used to work in a drugstore and citrizine is the same thing as the active ingredient in Zyrtec and generic Zyrtec.

Yes! I ALWAYS temp without fail, even if I am sick or maybe didn't get enough sleep. I feel much more secure in what my body is doing and it's really kind of interesting to see sometimes how stress can affect ovulating (temp gears up for O and then drops back down if your body isn't ready).

If anyone can offer me some "temping schooling" (heeh) I'll start temping as soon as it's time and have a look at what my cycles are doing. I AM STILL WAITING FOR AF. Just the most bizarre thing. But, anyway, once it starts and ends, I'll start temping!
