I am liking the idea of dtd tonight (CD10) and then waiting until O day (CD13) for the next one. That is a good 3 day supply and kinda along the old lines of thinking for upping sperm counts.

Also, we may do another SA at some point soon just to get a baseline.....could have been a fluke, could be he has an infection, who knows. The full report will tell more about that.
I think another analysis is a good idea at some point too . I also like your BD plan - I know that regular BD but not every day is supposed to help boost counts and keep fresh, healthy swimmers ready to go!

just a suggestion, i am sure you must have looked into it.
Well, they say you need a count of like 10m at the lowest to do IUI. !!!! Seriously, every thing/story I've seen regarding a less than 2m count has success only with ICSI. I am hoping we get the analysis in the mail soon so I can see everything. I mean, if he had a lower amount in there and all, maybe that has to do with it. I don't know. I am going to send it to my good doc once I get it to see what she thinks.

Exactly! And these NS vits have like 50 different things, all sorts of herbs and stuff. The HT girls said their DHs take them for good samples for IVF.

Wow I hadn't seen those vitamins before - they look like a great complex. Hopefully he'll see some good results with it . Remember that in the end it boosts his overall health and is still WAY less expensive than ART!

Well, we have an every three days pattern going, so will do again on CD13. I just don't have that fun anticipation feeling like I used to, which sucks. How's Honor doing, by the way? Has her fussiness eased up?

Yes it is! I just can't see us doing IVF....I mean, we work in the arts and just don't make that kind of income to support a family AND have a $400 a month bill for the next 7 years, kwim? The frustrating thing is just trying to come by some more patience here....having tried with heartaches this past year already, and knowing our only bet- really- is to just keep trying naturally and hope for a miracle is hard to do!

I agree too, we are not even near swaying but our supps right now are costly - several for DH to help with weight loss / muscle gain, and several for me with nursing Honor and extra B vitamins to keep the baby blues away. DH must have soy- free supps, too which I found surprisingly hard to find in a multi! In the end I think the cost is worth it if the supplements are high quality.
