Oh, that's not bad. My SIL had a phone consult with one (who was on Oprah, apparently) and it was $250 for 45 min! She did ask about us and the lady said we would have a baby within a year, no gender specifics. Do the ones you use online have the "for entertainment only" disclaimer at the bottom? That is what gets me. They admit it is not real.

Thanks for the boy dust! I can really use it!!... I am not pg yet, but just swaying my butt off and praying it works. DS1 asked me today, "Mom, can I have a brother? I just want ONE!" And it made me tear up. All he wants is ONE brother... I really hope I can give it to him!!!

Oh Hobber don't the kids just rip your heart out sometimes?!?! DD1 (my tomboy) was REALLY hoping for a brother. She's not quite realized that this is definitely NOT going to change and she is in fact having another sis; she asks at least once a week if it's still a girl, LOL. It breaks my heart every time. Even if we do have a 4th she'll be 8 years older than him... not sure that's even worth it in terms of their ability to have a real relationship.

WELL, as for me, this is my new sperm strategy for the month: I have a +opk today, so I will O tomorrow on CD14. We last dtd on CD11, so I think we are going to try the 3 day abstinence and just dtd like 3 times tomorrow. Seriously, we have a nooner planned out. Someone on the infertility website I'm on now said I should try that, so I'm gonna see how it goes. Hoping that a good amount of sperm get in there in the morning, and then we'll add a few more million later in the day. So everyone please say a prayer tonight for my husband's balls! LOL

Do you think it's best to do it 3 times in one day? Thats what I was planning on doing but I got told that sways girl cause it lowers sperm count.

Oh I tested this morning bfn, 10 dpo. Pretty sure I am out this month!

I wouldn't worry about the age gap!! DS will be 6 when this baby is born (if I get pg!!) and DD1 was 6 when DD2 was born... I actually think it isn't all that bad to have a big gap like that. DD1 and DD2 LOVE each other. It's pretty cute! Your DD will love her brother no matter how old she is when you get him You are lucky that you can go the adoption route, so you get your DS for sure!!

Lola- with the shower I feel like I've expressed my desires and if she shows up with her mom I'll let it go, I don't want there to be a scene. I'm hoping sil won't be so tacky as to bring her knowing I asked her not to. Problem with her mom is she doesn't think she's a bitch so it's hard to tell what she'll do or say. She's a passive bitch, at my bil's birthday party she loudly told people in ear shot of us how mean it is that we make our kids eat veg instead of letting them eat whatever they want, don't we want our kids to be happy?

Hobber- I had a psychic tell me dd3 was a boy, ignore it and sway away!

ELP- Amen, I'll lay off the chocolate for one day for Lola!

B- so did you formally find out and tell the kids? Dd1 and this one will be a few weeks short of 10 yrs apart, I don't love the gap but I feel it's a bit up to us how strong the relationship is. If we let her ignore him and just run her own life they won't have any relationship but if we encourage them to play and interact it'll all work out.
