I'm not sure Afy but I think skipping O-2 would be fine. My dh is in his 40's so we took a break from O-4 to O-1. I'm not sure if we were successful because I'm in the 2ww.

Has anyone ever experienced implantation cramping or had cramping that feels JUST like af cramping? I'm pretty sure I'm out because I've had these cramps for awhile and that usually means af is coming. I know I had cramps with dd but I can't remember what they felt like.

how many dpo are you? I had cramping and I would of bet money that AF was coming and was in complete shock when I got my bfp. In fact I test at 9dpo and got a bfn and then 11 dpo it was positive

I think I'm 9dpo but could be 8. My opk was positive in the middle of the night and I think I O'd later in the day on 3/31, although there's a chance it was 4/1. I guess I'm concerned because the cramps have almost been on and of since ovulation and that usually happens. For a couple days it was near the ovaries and now it's only happening occasionally but in the middle and some in the ovaries. It was really bad around 7dpo. I have noticed I get strange cramps the past few months. It almost seems like the lining is shredding if that makes sense? I'm just hoping those don't start then I really know I'm out. Thanks for the hope Dloui. I still have this feeling I'm out but I'd like to try to stay positive and not get my hopes up.

DH and I are both in our 20's.. so im not sure if it makes a difference..today is CD9 we will DTD today, and i feel like Im starting to soften down there slightly sorry TMI but its one of my signs as I approach ovulation, as i get closer it opens up and gets more softer..

Kiki I experienced extreme Cramping with my DD like i was about to come on my periods any min i would even run to the bathroom thinkin AF arrived this was happening for a good few days and then lo and behold I never came on.. its so annoying because they are almost like period cramping and sometimes were just never sure.
dont count yourself out yet wait a few days before you test!

YES! I have had non-stop cramping lately. I am in the 2ww also and the cramping is just constant. I attempted in Jan and Feb also and had lots of cramping then too. I took EPO in Feb, which works well for me, and maybe that it why. Not sure!! Let's hope its a good sign!

It sucks that cramping can mean af or pregnant. Last month I had the same symptoms as I had with my mc in September so I was hopeful I was pregnant but it was a normal cycle. So now I can't even attempt to symptom spot. I'm hoping it mean something good for one of us!! When is af due Adia? Mine is either Sunday or Monday.

I've a question, as I feel like I prob get my +opk on Friday so could I just do today and miss DTD tomorrow ? And do Thursday and Friday and Saturday if needed too! That would be O-3, O-1, O .. If I squeezed in an attempt on O-2 that wouldn't be too much releasing would it? Because that would be 4 days in a row.. Or is it best to wait till I see a HIGH on CbFM

I would just continue every 2 days till you get the +opk then try to get 3 attempts in the following 24hrs.

Its really hard to know what is early preg symptom and what is af. We become super sensitive while ttc and seem to notice every little twinge in that area where we may not have noticed while not ttc. The 2ww sucks!

Magnesium can help alleviate cramping, esp if you are avoiding pain killers. I couldn't get through my cycles without it! Isn't it crazy how some people don't cramp at all? My mom thought girls were making cramps up cause she never had any. Wish she had passed that down to me!

on my BFP cycle which was my 3rd TTC I just assumed that every twinge was AF on the way and I didn't have any HPT's in the house until the evening after AF was due ( usually comes at 6am in the morning like clockwork) and I went out to the shop to buy one and got my BFP as soon as I got home.

I think I was just so much more relaxed that cycle as the other cycles before that I had spent hours analysing every symptom and spent a fortune on tests.
