    Hi Stephk.

I got the ole from Amazon.

It was £11.47 I think for 120 tablets. There are cheaper choices but dh is a vegetarian so I have to get the slightly more expensive tablets.

    Here's the details...

Now Foods 500mg Olive Leaf Extract Vegetable Capsules - Pack of 120 Vegetable Capsules

I chose 500mg as atomic suggested on a response to another post by somebody that 500mg-1000mg in dry tablet form. I opted for the lower dose. Hope I've understood it right.

    Hth.

So who else is doing exercise and what are you doing? I've never really exercised in my life but decided to include it in my sway this time since it's getting such good results. I'm doing the Walk Away the Pounds 4 mile challenge dvds as often as I can. So far it's only been 3 days a week, but I'm trying to increase that. We just got back from a little 3 day trip to Palm Springs where I ate a TON and didn't exercise at all, but oh well. I did skip breakfast every day though. I still have 3 weeks till my attempt so I'll get back on track tomorrow. I did my workout dvd tonight so that's good! I'm wearing a pedometer now and trying to get at least 10,000 steps a day even if I don't exercise.

Sounds like an awesome break at Palm Springs essence! I'm just a little jealous! 😉

I started the exercise but have had to stop right now (as I just can't handle it on top of my body dealing with a loss not so well) but I was doing an hour on a spin bike or walking outside.

I used to be a PT and so I'm a huge weight training fan but hate long cardio sessions so I'm hating this but will start again once I physically can. I want to include it in my sway too as it's the one regret I had previously.

I've always been an exerciser so very happy to include in the sway, it is different to what I was doing before though. When DS was conceived I was doing weights three times a week, yoga once a week and a hardcore Pilates class once a week. Hardly any cardio, I probably did 10-15 minutes before I did weights. I couldn't understand why I never got below 70kg as I was going to the gym 5 days a week lol (and eating too much but was in denial)

Now I do the weights once a week (have to for health reasons), I do it before my hours cardio so no worries. I go to the gym Monday to Friday before work and use the cross trainer for an hour with the most banging tunes I can find, and I read the subtitles on TV so the hour passes really quickly. After tht I do Pilates/yoga/stretches for half hour. On Saturdays I do aerobics. I go to the gym when I can on Sunday but DH doesn't like all the time I spend in the gym so will often skip Sunday. If I do go it's purely an hour on the cross trainer. My DH said to me today that I look so muscly I will definitely have a boy oh well I make gorgeous boys just as I am sure you ladies do.

Palm Springs sounds amazing and I would have eaten constantly

Mumofsix how cool that you were a PT!!

Just jumping in here, since April is a largely abandoned thread. I'm cycling late in the month, so just got my +OPK today. Yay! This is our 3rd attempt, so hoping all aligns tonight!

I did a super low dose Clomid this month. (couldn't stand the regular dosage when I tried 2 months ago) Doing zyrtec, just because I have a ton of cm (TMI?). Dh and I have both been sick this week, so hoping that helps out! I mostly dropped exercise as my youngest has been going through a no-sleep phase as he gives up naps and dh and I have both been walking zombies for the last two weeks. It's a bummer as I really wanted to include it, but there has just been no way I would have enough energy. Drinking massive coffee just to get through the day most days. (Praying dh even has the energy to dtd. Lol!) I've eased up on the LE diet, too, this round. Still going vegetarian, but have added in a little more fat and protein. Hoping all that helps! I'm 37 so feeling the pressure to get preg quickly. With all 3 of my boys it's been so easy to get preg...in fact 2 were surprise condom babies...so I also foolishly though we'd get preg with a girl easily too. Ha! Shows what I know.

essnce - I started doing the exercise (7 km walks 6 days/week), but then got ill after a few weeks and stopped it and haven't resumed it yet. Since next attempt is within a few days (or maybe even tonight - opk:s are getting stronger!) I chose to not add it this cycle. Haven't been feeling well enough to do it as intensely as it takes and didn't wanna do it just for a few days. Will probably add it in for next cycle if this one doesn't make me pg.

I don't feel very satisfied with my diet this last week. Easter wasn't very good (had breakfast two mornings plus a lot of candy and snacking) and I haven't really gotten on track again. Trying to stay within limits, but after being more on the low side I am now a bit on the high side, around 1700 cal or so. Also yesterday was a big family gathering with cake and cup cakes I couldn't resist. Didn't even track the days intake, I am 100% sure fat and cals are way over limits. Skipped dinner though but I don't think even that was enough to balance it up.

girliedreams - Good luck! I will also be attempting in april (again) since O seems to come up earlier. I have shortened my cycles quite a bit, lp is only around 9-10 days now (because of Vitex I guess).
Gorgeous 4 6 and unfortunately in jan 2014. Swayed pink but got a lovely little in jan 2015. Now expecting an OOOPS! baby, according to Panorama test a
