    My heart is breaking for you!

    I am so glad your body knew what to do and you could avoid the surgery at least.

    I pray you will recover quickly and conceive again soon....your ovaries have been bathed in pregnancy hormones for the last few weeks which helps with egg quality (its why ladies are more fertile after mc)
