    I have cut down my calorie intake, trying to have little of everything and skipping breakfast.
    I must admit I am trying to add the exercise as I used to do a lot but am finding it hard to find the time.
    I have just been to the toilet and have the egg white, stringy cm (sorry TMI), we last BD on Mon 27th, is that our one attempt or do we need to go again today. Or do we BD tomorrow as the e4d??

    Bd tomorrow to stay in with your e4d. Ewcm can appear days before, during and even after o has taken place. Still no darkening on opk?

    Yes it does. An attempt 4-o and older has little chance of contributing to conceiving

    Just thought I'd better clarify to allow for time zones. It's Friday here tomorrow so that would be the 4th day if my last bd was monday. I'm not sure what whether tomorrow is Thursday or Friday where you are. What you want is three full days between bds and dtd on the 4th. Example if you bded Monday then you dtd again Friday, then Tuesday, then Saturday etc etc You count forward in 24 hour increments if that makes sense

    I have checked again and now have thick white cm so it changed within the space of a couple of hours
    We are the same, tomorrow is Friday. I am still going to BD tomorrow just in case, but I don't think the sperm will like my cm haha

    Hey girls hoping to be in this thread but still waiting on my first ppaf- I've been swaying since may this year and had hoped to start ttc around September but my cycles haven't returned yet due to bf.
    any tips on how to get af back while bf? My Lo is 1 now but not a great sleeper!
