    I think I'm about to ovulate any moment and try to notice every tiny thing that's going on down there. My OPK was positive on CD12 10am. I really like to pin down O and hope it's exacly the same next cycle which will be my TTC cycle. Of course I know that everything will be different then and I'll be freaking out lol.
    I quite messed up my temping the last days by staying up late and hardly getting sleep. Can't use these temps. Well, I'll know more when AF starts.

    How is everyone else doing with their blue sways?

    Gelatine alone seems yuck >< ! Why not in a panacotta ?

    Temping is so easy to mess up >< that's why I prefer OPK.

    I think I'm doing quite okay with the 9 servings of fruits between juices, pureed fruits and whole fresh fruits. But need to buy chestnuts again. Meat has also been a bit hard to swallow lately, the weather was warm and stormy and I'm not very hungry at times like this. How is your diet going ?

    Yeah, OPK was as expected

    My diet is going ok. could do better but its not easy to have that much fruit and vegetables. Or that much food in general... Also the juice is something completely unnatural for me. I only drank water and sometimes herbal tea. Now I feel my teeth rebelling against all that sugar and acid lol.
    I cooked some eggs and have them in the fridge, so I can have them as a snack or for a fast breakfast. I always said I eat breakfast but in reality it's that I serve breakfast to the girls, help them eating and wipe spilled drinks, I pick up dropped spoons, settle fights over the last pice of fruit and if I'm lucky I manage to do their hair. Then "our" breakfast is over and after the next challenge (get dressed to go out) we rush to kindergarden. The only thing I get to eat is bites of the kids left overs in between running around (sounds so sad lol). So I'm in fact somehow skipping breakfast... just didn't notice till now lol.

    I'm getting somehow nervous already, since it's THE 4 weeks before day X now haha.
    Just found out that my VitD supp is more a Calcium supplement with a tiny VitD dose so I ordered a VitD-only supplement. Hope it arrives soon.

    What do you think of a questions only thread for us summer boy TTC-ers? to have all our concerns in one place that atomic would read because its no chit-chat thread? I think I'm going to start one... I didn't dare to do so because we are in the free forum but I think she mentioned in your thread...so why not?

    We’re going to try next month, and now I’m nervous. I’ve been trying to pin down O with opks and got a positive on CD 15, and it was still pos late afternoon CD 16 and then I ran of tests and baby was sick, and hubby was gone, so I was out of luck.
    Trying to stick to the HE diet is killing me. I’m not used to eating so much so often.

    I am too nervous now. I'm trying to get into full on swaying mode lol and it's hard!! I'm counting days and hope I'll get a BFP fast! I'm having trouble to think of all the eggs and nuts and dates and fruits and the folic acid supps and the probiotics and fish oil and the OPKs and green tea and lemon water and juice drinks (reminds me of buying robitussin and coconut water) all day long when you have 1000 other things to do.

    But let's try to relax and imagine how our effort will be rewarded!!! OOHHMMMMMM.......

    At the very least baby42019, you have a good idea now of when OPK+ may happen. I had trouble too before with sticking to HE diet, I feel like I'm going to put on weight before it's all said and done despite exercising (don't need that ><). But now I've gotten used to eating more and idk about you all but I feel a bit... stronger ? I mean, it's like I am more energetic, feeling full all the time. It's not bad per se. Snacking would be the hardest, I've never EVER been that much of a snacker. I try not to get hungry and use fruits for snacking, it makes me feel a bit better than eating something else...

    Do you have a LCD writing tablet aira ? You could use it to keep tabs on what you're eating/taking ? When I started the diet, I used a notebook but I've had some probs lately and it has been sleeping on my desk... but I do use my tablet still. Some models can even stick on fridges

    Sorry ladies.... FALSE alarm!!! haha i took an HPT because i was having cramps at a very odd time in my cycle and about time that implantation would occur, so i took a HPT and an OPK at the same time just for fun. ( i have a ton of them so why not ) ..... so apparently when you dip them together and they touch, the ink from the OPK can bleed into the HPT causing a line. I waited til the next day and took a FRER but it was negative.. im glad! i wasn't quite ready yet and because i screwed everything up this month, i had no idea when ovulation actually happened so i would have gone my whole pregnancy wondering .

    So, anyway.. My diet is already pretty boy friendly.. i have put on about 15pounds over the winter and have been jogging and doing some light exercising trying to lose some of it BUT have been unsuccessful, i am nowhere near overweight.. however, i am as heavy now as i was when i gave birth to my last child so i am not comfortable with my body right now and am afraid to get pregnant and gain a TON of weight and then not be able to lose it. This will be my fifth baby.

    Are you ladies planning to use Preseed? Im afraid to use it becasue i used it with my last and SHES a she :-p haha BUT i was not super serious on swaying. we only BD once the same day my OPK was positive

    Hi ladies! I am also swaying blue this summer, may be August, because I am just beginning the diet. We have two pretty girls and DH also has 2 girls from his ex wife.
    So, 4 girls in our family. I found a lot of information here and really believe in success, but some points make me nervous.
    DH is smoking cigars and not very happy to give up, also he has a lot of cardio and he is a sweet tooth.
    Also I don’t want to gain any weight. I am 63kg and my height is about 167sm, with enough muscle mass.
    I always skipped breakfast for all my life and had pretty good lunch and usually no dinner. And I am sure I ll gain on HE with a lot of carbs, fruits and juices. Is it possible to hold my weight on HE?

    tkelly: that's great! So you're back in the game. Now you can have a good sway before your BFP. I'm on a boy friendly diet for at least one year now as well but having the extra calories and supps put into the game now. Only the exercise part is hard for me lol.

    I'm as well no sure about the preseed. I used it with DD3, so... don't know. But for sure I'll use Guaifenesin. This cycle my CM was almost non existing. Though drinking lemon water and green tea.

    did you sway with any of your daughters? I did with two of them lol

    I think it is definitely possible not to gain to much weight if you are exercising enough. But you should not loose weight on the boys diet!
    My DH won't change his lifestyle much as well, so it's on us ladies. But we can do it!

    I have been on a pretty boy freindly diet for awhile now also... i have issues with my blood sugar so i have to eat REAL food every couple hours or i feel pretty lousy. I have taken supps for years too .. just added a couple more.

    As for my other children... I had no idea about swaying nor did i care what i had my first go around.. we actually avoided sex when i had EWCM bc it grossed me out.. had no idea it was "fertile" time. Hence, a girl. Second one, again.. we were just wanting a baby so we did it whenever..... third was a complete shock... totally not planned( found out i was pregnant when my second was only 5 months old)..... then the fourth, i had read into gender swaying but didn't wanna get to crazy about it... we tried a couple things... ate a few "boy" friendly things, used preseed, and BD ON the day of my positive OPK. This time, i plan to wait at least 24 hours and then do it a second time 48 hours later. thats the plan anyway, but i ovulate somewhere around the 4th of July, so not sure how that'll pan out since we always have plans and are out late.

    AF showed up today, so now im feeling the pressure! haha, if i dont get a positive feeling about when Ovulation is occuring, im not gonna go for it this month.. we really arent in any hurry. I actually go back and forth in my head with it bc of how sick i get its miserable and i dont wanna be nauseous and puking for the rest of the summer. IF i got pregnant first try, i would be about 8 weeks or so when we go on vacation and i've done it newly pregnant before and it was NOT fun. Beach + heat + nauesea = NOT FUN! haha

    i should have asked atomic about collagen... i drink it everyday for back/neck pain. Not sure if it has any affect on swaying one way or the other?
