ALL of this is already swaying pink for you! You are doing such a good job and I'm really hoping you get your BFP this first try!
Thanks, i am actually eating what feels like a lot, but i guess calories and fat wise its not. i keep adding things like kit kats and cookies! Hope you get your bfp too!

    First dinner on the diet...

about 150grams of plain couscous with Quark (Quark (cheese) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia), a splash of lemon juice, some pepper and a little rosemary (not sure what the rules are on that!), and slices of cucumber with the skins taken off.

    Hm, not bad, actually!

The only way I've managed to survive on this diet for so long is by finding acceptable treats. I looooove cheese, so I save up my protein/sodium allowance so I can use lots of parm on my pasta or put an extra serving of mozzarella on my low sodium pizza. I also eat treats like ice cream and cookies, since as long as they're within the calories/fat/sodium/protein guidelines, they're ok.

I don't want to count my limits so much as guess/estimate/assume or else I'll probably stress myself out too much, and I'm a stress head so I'm trying to be super mellow.

Cookies sound really good right now... Heh, what have I gotten myself into!

Mmmm - that sounds great, amari! I'm going to look for those next time I go grocery shopping. Are they Popsicle brand?

I think so, or Fudgesicle Brand, whatever those are. They each have 10, 20 or 45 cals in them and no fat or sugar! Great addition to my dessert Ha, Ha!!

Okay…I’ve been a bad, bad girl. I’m saving the “oops” smiley for my sins below…

    Yesterday:

    2 C. tea w/splash of rice milk
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    • Sautéed leeks, portobellos and white basmati
    • 1 package of Trader Joe’s Seaweed Snack (again omitting the "oops" smiley as my sins are much worse later in the day...
    • 1 fuji apple
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    • Salad
    • Smoothie (coconut water, frozen raspberries, psyllium husks)
    • 6 bites (6 BITES!!!) of DH’s PESTO Primavera ( …I did not make this intending to eat it so it was definitely not girl sway friendly! I’m not Catholic but I really need a confessional right now and I can’t help blurting out, “Bless me Father, for I have sinned….
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    • 2 chocolate mint candy canes
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Throughout the day, 3 C. peppermint tea, 1 C. RRL tea
    Jen + DH = & ... '08 & '10..........and hopefully 2012
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Suddenly surrounded by angels, we are honored and humbled to be the parents of our twins - 8wks and 16 wks (girl)
