    Hi Ladies,
I am new to this forum, but this brings me to something I have always wondered about. I am super muscular, have always worked out, and eaten low calorie. i thought i would have girls, but i have two boys.
My sway now revolves around trying to lose my muscle and get flabby
Atomic, maybe you could chime in here...is it more muscle=more testosterone?
i have 0 body fat. not sure of my bmi but super low.

Yes, more muscle = more testosterone. Also, being in excellent health also often means your fertility is very high and high fertility = more boys regardless of anything else you're doing.

    I am 5ft 6in and weighed

    DD1: 130 lbs
    DS1: 140 lbs
    DD2: 135 lbs

before conceiving both DD's lots of people would tell me I looked sick because I was too skinny, and with DD2 because she was a surprise I was still dieting while pregnant, I lost another 5lbs in the 4-5 weeks until I discovered I was pregnant.

I was the flabbest of my life when I concieved this girl. With my boys I was on a "diet" of higher protein less carbs, cardio + weight lifting. I was trying to lose 10 lbs with it and succeeded at that while gaining muscle mass while accidentally falling pregnant with them.

    Hi HappyMedium,

Could you let me know your height? I know that you've included BMI numbers here, but I'm thinking they might not be right. You said that you're currently at a BMI of 15 -- that's really, really, REALLY underweight. At 134 lbs., to have a BMI of 15, you'd need to be more than six and a half feet tall. If so ... how's the weather up there?

If you tell me your height, I'd be happy to tally up the numbers for you.
