Junie- lots of ctrx here too and pressure. Went on day trip 4 hours away soo hard. Been doin chiro 1x a week to help get babe positioned well since mine are always posterior. Does acu help w that or just kick starting?
I don't think acupuncture starts anything at least the kind I do is for women 36+ weeks and more just to get the baby and me positioned and ready for birth.

Had my 35 week appt. Today. Finally measured over in all these years lol. It's funny because my gigantic babes always measure exactly on so hoping it's just a lil extra fluid or position today and that this babe isn't bigger than the others lol. How are my super full term momnys feeling?

How yu Atsaukina. We slowly getting there aren't we. Someone said size hard to really measure in last few weeks. Glad all ok for you and baby , just few more weeks to go. I'm 37 wks this week and just exhausted. Bn having continuous Braxton hicks and pelvic pressure had to go in to be checked on Friday. Turns out cervix still closed shut.Last scan was at 32 weeks and baby's head was measuring big/ already full term. This is worrying me. I already fear pushing, and the big head scares me further. Has anyone ever Bn told baby's head measuring big?? I m hoping when I see consultant she will give me option of csection if head too big, as too terrified of having to push, or having baby's head stuck in my pelvis. Otherwise am hoping all you ladies are fine and counting down.... I can't wait to meet this little one

My both sons had big heads actually. Ds1 was vaginal and it took me 1 hr to push him out but i was a first time mom so may b thts why it took so long. I dont think so the head will put on any more fat after 32 weeks so you ll b good i guess

Kizzie- I don't do scans so never know head size before birth and luckily no scare tactics since my boys are all around big 10+ lbs, 22 in. Long, ect. Who knows what scan would've said. I have never had a long pushing phase 1st was exactly 3 pushes, one I literally did not push at all, and other 3 about 30 min. Maybe 5- 6 pushes. It's all about being upright and helping babe down and then breathing babe out. One thing I notice about hpsdy births especially if u have epi and can't feel, is that they make you push(long pushes) right at 10 and that is not exactly when every woman's body feels the urge. The trick is to wait for that urge and fight it with breathing instead of super pushes unless necessary. Also try not to stress there really is only a small percent of women who truly have a narrow pelvis ( CPD)

    CPD: Will Baby Fit?

I do have long labors though as my babes have all been posterior ( back labor)until birth. Have been at home though so not on traditional clock. Working w chiro to get babe positioned well. Spinning babies is a good place to look for exercises. Best to do some work now and save you hours in labor
