3pink i made the jiggler recipe wow so easy ! Take a same time to mix the gelatin drink!! Took a pic and posted too so everyone can learn to do it. Thanks a lot!

Hey girls, Full ferning today- but still -ve OPK (digi).

CM is getting there- but not abundant yet, cm is at 6 using paper pH. I have some real ew's- they are a 9. Come on eggie!

Also, did anyone get bad headaches from BSD? My husband and I both have them- but maybe it is allergies?

Flava - I'm so glad you liked it! I couldn't do the gelatin drink it had far too much texture lol

ELP - really no gelatin? I can get 32 packets for not quite $6 (thats less then 4 pounds) You ladies make me want to start a GD export business. Gelatin, guaifenesin, it all ships at rock bottom prices


Well my due date came and went and amazingly today I feel great. I now have only positive in my future. On the other hand I've got to slow the expansion of my butt. I love the gd food philosophy but holy crap, time to add a bit more exercise. What are all you ladies doing to keep your buttons from popping?

Don't even use the B word!!!(butt!) I saw some recent video of me today and it was horific, the word blobular springs to mind. I need to get serious! I may get myself a bike when cash picks up, biking wit all this extra weight would be mucle building over cardio wouldn't it??

My DH doesn't drink BSD, but I do. I never got a heahaches from BSD, how much are you taking?
