Girlswaylondon and plasticserenity, as the others said, lp is irrelevant when it comes to testing. It all depends on when you implant. Using a sensitive hpt you should get a faint line approx 48-72 hours after implantation.

Has to be a very sensitive test like an frer or OSOM though. Wondfo sometimes pick up a faint line that early too.

Pbn I am tempted, but since I might only be 7 dpo tomorrow I kind of don’t want to. We are leaving out of town tomorrow for the holiday and I’m trying to decide if I should bring tests...I don’t want to but I could see myself driving to cvs in the middle of the night if I don’t [emoji23]

It's probably better not to and test when you get back as it will be a more definate result either way. So what dpo would it be that you test if you did wait until you get home?

Ok, doc finally called!!! He said I had a 25 mm follicle on the right ovary and a 27.5 mm follicle (YIKES!) on the left. He said as of the time of the u/s, I had not ovulated, although he said the report showed a bit of "free fluid" from one of them so he said I might have been "on the cusp" of ovulating. I asked if those follicles were TOO big - he wasn't super clear, said they could get too big but said they looked good/healthy yesterday. He said I did have a slightly higher chance of twins b/c of the two follicles. We talked again about my fears that I have a delayed O after LH surge, etc., and he said if I don't get pregnant this month he may add a trigger shot next time to get the eggs to release. But he said that my lining looks really good and that the Clomid seems to be working well, so that's positive!!!!

He said to BD again tonight I don't think we will... But I'm still feeling insecure about the timing... Worried that O was already starting at the time of u/s and we missed it or worried it'll still take awhile and yesterday's attempt wont be good. I really HATE this timing stuff!!! Ugh Oh well... I guess we'll see what happens. With no temp rise this morning, a lot of EWCM still today, and a +OPK at 2 pm yesterday - hopefully O happened late last night or early today...

Abc that's fantastic news about the trigger next cycle if there is one!!! I'm so happy for you! I still think o will be today sometime fx fx fx and we'll see a spike come morning - legs, arms, feet and eyes crossed! [emoji120][emoji120][emoji120]

Thanks Pbn - I'm so nervous!!!! I guess if ovulation was starting before the u/s then Saturday's sperm had a chance too. And, if both follicles do/did release, I guess that doubles my chances of catching at least 1!!!

Yay ABC! Such good news to hear...and maybe even twins?!

Pbn I will be 13 or 10 dpo depending on when I O’ed. I think I’ll stick it out and not test

I doubt even if we do conceive it will be twins but it's weird knowing that there is more of a chance now w/ two follicles!! We'll see! Right now I just want a temp rise!!
