I won't bother listing the foods but I had 2500 cals on Friday and 3200 cals yesterday!! Friday I was being as careful as poss, yesterday I was being careful to a point, stayed veggie at least (except for 2 beautiful mouthfuls of fillet steak that got literally shoved in my mouth) but I really pigged out!!!

Today I will be doing my best but will definitely be over... No exercise on Friday or today. To keep DH happy I don't go on Sundays. He has asked me to cut down to 5 days a week and after much arguing about it we have compromised and he agreed I can continue with 6 days a week until my friends wedding (19th July) but from then it has to be 5 days. Hopefully I will be PG by then so it won't matter! I know 5 days a week is fine for the sway but I love exercise

Mum if your DH knew how bad my diet was all the time he would be like WTF why is she trying!! It's just been going on too long for me.

Anyway - I can't remember who recommended the greyhound cocktail but I've just made one for me and DH. He asked how I heard of it and I said my internet friends lol! So thank you - it may have been bluebonnet? Sorry I can't remember. I made it with gin and vodka in a big wine glass so probably not 100% how it should be but it's still nice. And the first time I have had grapefruit juice in such a looooooooong time!

Lunch - mini bread roll and salad to leave room for a chocolate croissant.
Snacks - couple of glasses of Cava and a handful of crisps
Dinner - healthy veggie spaghetti carbonara (i.e. mushrooms cooked in oil spray, added to one egg white whisked with a tablespoon of parmesan cheese, mixed with spaghetti) and some more Cava

stephk - that's hilarious. I love greyhounds (and also love grapefruit + tequila as well, called paloma!)
weezie - the carbonara with egg white is genius - did it taste anything like the original ?

Today is probably my last day posting for a little bit. Today is CD1 for me, so my attempt is coming up and I'm trying to avoid this site until the 2WW (in which I'll be going crazy and looking for any distraction I can find!).

    Today's menu:

Breakfast (I usually eat a late breakfast on the weekend after a 12 hour fast): husband was making french toast so had one small piece to try, coffee with creamer

Lunch : Smashburger black bean patty with goat cheese, spinach, and mushrooms on an egg bun, a blueberry lemonade with vodka

Dinner: Spinach artichoke bites (low fat spinach artichoke dip from Trader Joe's stuffed inside low fat crescent roll dough), 2 glasses of sangria

Yes! It was yummy! Next time I make it though I'll save calories for some garlic bread to go with it as I like the contrasting crunch!
