Hi Pbn3, I do use opks. It registered as peak last night. I am swaying girl, but loosely. We had an unintentional 6 week abstain due to lots of sickness, so I am worried about sperm quality, but hopefully it will be okay. [emoji51]

Can someone guide me little? I am very nervous because it is our first time trying to gender sway and we decided to try the shettles method but after trying I came across this group. I am not ovulating yet but I will in the next few days. We have been dtd every other day because my husbanf works 24 on 24 off shifts and stopped yesterday because I'm supposed to ovulate within the next few days. I don't feel any symptoms as I usually do though. Is there still anything I can do to up my chances for a girl(I have 3 wonderful boys)? I didn't know anything about diets until I started reading all these threads here but my diet had consisted of lots of oj, milk, lime, grapefruits, green beans, spinach, chicken, magnesium, pastries, steamed rice, strawberry yogurt, creame cheese and things like that. I feel that shettles was a bad choice now.
