my lmp was may 25th so that would put me at cd13 right? Since those were yesterday. Today is Cd 14. Or do I start the day of my lmp which would bump me up a day.

The day your LMP started is CD1, so yesterday would be CD14 for you :-)

Oh I see how it works! thanks for clarifying. And yes I am a a spotter, so the 24th I spotted, but really "shed" on the 25th. So i guess today is CD15 then. I'm gonna pee on something here in a minute see where am I at!! Thanks ladies!!

Is your spotting really light? Or is it just a light flow all day long? I didn't mean to confuse you....it depends which day is really the first day of flow/shedding, you kwim. But I think you are right if your spotting on the 24th was just a few drops here and there. POAS away!

Cramps quite a bit today, feels a lot like AF. I'm 12dpo so doubt if that would implanting coz that happens between day 6-10 doesnt it. Anway i'll definitely know tomorrow morning.

Lola, that's a great plan to wait to have test because when the time comes you'd have boosted yourselves. GL with the results.

I just want everyone to get what they want this month! June is a good month!! It's my wedding anniversary too!! wahoo!! this is the month we got preganant with our DD! on 6/22/08!

I peed earlier on a strip and it had a faint line again. then I dipped a clear blue smile stick in the same urine. came up with no smiley. So looks like yesterday was my O day. The day before I had done the same and got a neg smiley as well. So if that were the case around my attempt and I going for the one shot attempt we should have done the BD dance last night or early this morning? I need to learn this timing thing now. Well I guess when I get closer to my attempt you guys can tell me when to get it on!! lol. My Dh thinks you guys are so funny. I was rushing around the house peeing on stuff yesterday and posting pics. He goes, "what are they saying" When I got the smiley he wouldn't even let me see it, he wanted to see the result first. He raced me to the bathroom! He is so damn cute! I should find a pic of us somewhere. How come there isn't pics of anyone anywhere? Do we not do that here?

Tink with timing the OPK tells you 24-36 hours before the egg is released, but the LH has also already been in your body for a handful of hours ... checking your CM/CP can help you figure out if you O'd yesterday or O'd this am, just b/c the smiley is gone now doesn't mean you didn't O earlier today instead of yesterday. It's a guessing game for sure :-) Are you temping? I know that helps pinpoint it as well. I don't temp though! What most of us do is just DTD 12 hours after the +OPK. So for you, that would mean BD last night.

As for me I'm FRICKING sick!!!!! I can't believe it. I am 99% sure I got the virus DD2 had this weekend b/c my symptoms are the same. So I will likely be better Friday, thank goodness, b/c that is my big b-day celebration with my friends. But what about TTC?!?! Should I drop it now? I should O on the 13th/14th. But I know being sick sways girl... I don't feel like eating but have been keeping the diet up anyway.

Tink, i would say that if you ok with temping then do so because this will help pin point ovulation for you. I also agree with Begonia that checking your CM/CP are important. I think every woman is different so you have until Sept to see how your opks/cm/cp correspond with each other. Learn how to check your cervix, how many days of fade ins you get before +opk etc. that kind of thing.

Begonia, i dont know what i'd do if i was you because if you get a bfp you dont want to end up questioning whether you did the right thing or not. If you have any doubts then i'd say maybe skip this month but then again it all depends how long you've been trying. All i'm trying to say basically is i'd make an attempt only if i knew i had given it my all but that's just me

I swear I get it and then I get confused. I just have to realize I have only been at this for like 10 minutes and trying understand so much in a short time. I just want to know it all now. But sept is so far away so I am sure i will have it all by them, I mean "I aint dumb" lol. I am temping and my temps have steadily been between 97.5 and 97.8 haven't changed at all. I'll keep temping as well.

Babydes, you never know....don't lose hope yet. Some people don't get implantation cramps at all, some are early, some are late. Keep your chin up!

Tink, if all opk systems gave you a positive result just one day, yesterday, I would try to dtd either last night or this morning. ITA with Begonia's summation there! Do you get O pains? And did you poas twice or just once a day? I usually get a + around 1 or 2pm, and then that night, then again in the morning, but usually the surge has subsided by the next night's test. So, I pretty much know my surge actually started that morning around 8 or 9am, and it hits my urine by 1 or 2pm. So, I figure I ovulate around 24 hours after that, and sure enough, I usually get O pains around 3 or 4 pm the next day, just around the right time. So you wanna bd, like B said, anywhere from 12-18 hours after your 1st +, but if you only test once a day, I would bd that night or the next morning after your + as you are maybe not sure when your surge actually started (which you can be more sure of when you opk twice a day). More poas for you next month!!! And we did have a pic thread on a private forum....a few of us deleted them after a while to avoid trolls. It's called "Let's Talk Secrets." If you post some, I'll repost mine for a few days!

Begonia, SOOOO SORRYYYYYYY you are sick, that SUCKS! Maybe just wait to see how you feel then? If you feel like you are good to go and have some bd, maybe go for it. You know, just watch the meds for drying-up action and the like. I mean, if you can skip it and wait till July, I would probably do that, but I know how it is when you are all geared up and ready to ttc!

Checking your cervix is helpful, I do agree! And the cm factor, can you tell when it goes creamy/dries up and your egg is shot?
