Boysboys - are you just going to use RePhresh 3 days before predicted attempt? Or just on day of attempt?
I didn't use any RePhresh in June but I do have one dose.. Debating if I should give it a try - especially since my diet hasn't been as great as last month due to visitors and the last tww when I thought I was pregnant.

Pbn yes I am sticking to the diet and 1 attempt at pos opk. I am just worried because my diet hasn't been the best sense I have been visiting family. I will be back home in Tuesday so hopefully I could be really strict from then .Otherwise I will have to revert back to rephresh.

I believe I read somewhere on the forum that male sperm do not like heat, so the heat will attract more female sperms. I guess in that way it does reduce swimmers

Thanks Daisy was done and dusted anyway I had hot shower about 2hours prior and dh right before dtd I didn't j&d either, laid with hips elevated for about 20mins. If 16 weeks on le diet with very miminal cheats and one attempt at pos opk don't get me my girl then so be it I'll be happy just to see a bfp. A bit over the whole swaying thing atm though, I guess I'll wait and see what happens. If af comes this cycle I'll probably be right back into it again! Aarggh!
