No it's a front on view, it's happening as he/she is turning over. Trust me, I've seem my video at least 20 times now. There's clearly no spine shown, and the belly button and stomach is very visible

Ok, this is in the next frame though. Potty shots are not reliable...your babe is moving quite a bit so I cannot say for sure.
