I never include O day when I calculate. I'm using Fertility Friend to track my temps and everything so it actually shows how many DPO which helps. Right now I'm 6DPO and no signs except some cramping, which I've had before in past cycles so not assuming it's anything. Before my LP issues, cramping in my 2WW was a sure sign of pregnancy.. apparently not anymore!
I'm so at a loss of what to do because its for sure not BF'ing for me. I used to have a 14 day FP and 14 day LP - pregnant on first cycle with both my DS's. It's like my body never recovered after BF'ing and this is my new 'normal'. I only realized this when I started TTC and actually temping. Grrr.. so frustrating! I'm already losing hope!

Perhaps the cramping is a good sign!!? Don't loose hope.
What length is your LP now?
I'm using fertility friend too and am 3dpo.... Not holding out any hope of BFP though, and actually hope I won't as I've been terrible with the diet in the last week. As in really terrible!!!

It's all in my chart (in my signature) if you click on it it should show you everything from when I started temping last September.
I had a luteal phase of 10 days which yes, is the short side of normal, but many doctors will tell you 10 days isn't great. Fertility friend calculates this for me so not sure re your other post question.
My fertility specialist said he prefers 12-14 day luteals though as 10 can be too short for implantation to be adequate before the lining begins to degrade.
I know this is true for me as I've been pregnant 3 times and lost it super early.
Then I tried soy iso and it extended my luteal to 12 days for 2 cycles then 13 days, but that cycle I o'd really late on cd24 and the cycle ended up being 37 days.
I spot from af to o, not usually between o and af. Apparently this is unusual.
This is all only a problem because I've been TTC over a year. So obviously the luteal and spotting could be culprits. This is my first cycle on clomid so hopefully it will extend my luteal. It hasn't stopped the spotting but I'm not sure if the fertility specialist wanted it to or not. He was more concerned with my luteal.DS1 2009, DS2 2011.
Due early Feb 2014, it's a GIRL!
TTC 18months. 4 chemicals. BFP 3rd month on Clomid.

I'm on my phone so can't see signature but will look on my computer later.
The spotting does make it sound like progesterone issues doesn't it? I'm so sorry about your losses. Really hope the clomid works!!
At 4dpo my temp has dropped to the red line :-( This surely means AF is just around the corner, probably will show tomorrow. Giving me the shortest LP so far!! It's annoying isn't it when you just want your body to return to normal!!

7dpo and my legs are really achey... So looks like AF is on her way. :-( Still, an improvement from 6days!!
It's still frustrating though.

The fact that your still BF'ing is already hope because it will very likely go back to normal once you're finished. I would never get my period until I was fully done. Even when I was down to one feeding, I still never had my period so I think everything will work itself out in time - but trust me.. it's SO frustrating!
I'm slightly inspired because today is 10DPO for me (longest LP in like 7 months). My major win this month was doing Lunaception. I thought it was completely ridiculous, but figured I'd try it since it didn't involve taking any supplements. We made our room pitch black from CD1-13 then we slept with a night light on from CD13-17 and from CD18 on we were in darkness again. I O'd super early morning on CD18 and here I am on CD28 with no AF yet.. so I am definitely going to try again next month and move my nightlight sleeps from CD12-15 in hopes it'll bring O sooner. You could always give it a try.. I felt so dumb for doing it, but it actually worked! My last cycle was a 7day LP so quite an improvement.

Fascinating!! I will def look into that, thanks. And 10 days, that conception friendly - congratulations.
Was really hoping I could keep bf-ing but if AF comes early again I may stop. I'm barely bf-ing now he is weaning anyway. How long did they take to return to normal once you stopped?

With my first I BF'd for 11months and literally I think maybe a week or less after my milk dried up I had AF back. I'm assuming everything went back to normal fairly quickly because I got pregnant with DS2 when DS1 was 14months so I only had 2-3 AF's. This time I stopped BF'ing around 7months and it took about 2.5 months for AF to return and my cycles were all over the place (25days, 32days, 28days) and then it regulated but my LP didn't. I'm assuming it was all just a fluke thing because after DS1 everything was fine. I'm sure you'll be okay once you fully wean because the fact you already have AF is a good sign your hormones are somewhat working. Even that one feeding can still make things a little wonky which is crazy. Obviously I'm not expert with any of this.. just going off my own experience

Shocker.. I got a BFP today... I don't even know what to think! I'm worried about a chemical/MC due to the history of short LP. I'm on 10DPO (CD28) which is the longest I've had since AF returned a year ago. Here's hoping for a sticky bean!
