pH just before AF..

I don't check my pH a lot, but I've noticed that it does change daily especially If I don't eat or drink. Its crazy I have to eat all the time. BTW- 6 is great pH.

Is it really ok? I feel as though it isn't considering I only have 5 weeks to go and have been here since Jan =(

My natural pH after 4 boys was only a 6 so I would not worry about 6.5, I'm sure you will do fine!

I thought it sounded right to look more towards your PH around Ovulation as it goes up?

Well I am very close to O now and my pH today was 6.7!

yes, this is true, it's the pH of the EWCM that counts!!
