Hi ELP, I am weight training 2 to 3 times a week, thanks for your input ,I have been thinking that about the food , quality rather then quantity trying to work on that & remember it when it's time to eat, I am trying to not gain any more weight because I have put on enough so hoping to sit where I am & not gain anymore, I have been doing a little more cardio just to try & keep my weight still.
Thanks for the reminder about the food & exercise it keeps me going

Hi ladies! My DH and I are attempting our first sway in a few days/week! We were swaying almost a year ago but took a long break. Although throughout the year, I've focused on nutrient dense food. I also began barre classes about 3 months ago and have been doing *some* weight training in between. We're super excited! We're bding every 2-3 days now and plan to try to get at least 3 attempts in our window. I'm cd8 today. When do you all usually start opks?

How much pre-seed should you use when it's time for attempt, is to much not good?

I havent tried preseed either but I know its mentioned either in this or lat times threads, I'll have a quick hunt down for you

Do you want to know something strange? I really want to be swaying atm? I just feel like eating peanuts and lifting stuff! I do believe there will be a number 11 sooner rather than later come October
