    if clinic uses fresh material that means there are many donors in that clinic.

    don't forget girls that working with blastocysts adds to the chances.
    so when choosing the clinic we should take into concideration the material with which the clinic works.
    i think it's the main factor.

    yes, when the blastocysts are transferred it is better because fertilized eggs must survive so called "male factor" and this stage become only after 72 hours after fertilization, so at the fifth day you will know for sure that only strongest "eggs" are alive.

    I agree that it is better to use the most suitable service for you. As far as I understood you need to go to the clinic which work with fresh material and work with blastocyst. I can say for sure that IEGRA Tres Torres is a good variant. I was there and now I'm pregnant, so I can recommend this clinic.
