Congratulations! My DH is your husband's age and we will be doing FR too! Great to read a sway that used this because I go back and forth with abstaining, but know we are going to have to choose FR to avoid any risks! Like you I am so conflicted with giving up exercising, I have given up weights but continue to do cardio, in particular running. Although from reading everyone's sways I think I should give it up
But from what I'm reading most successful sways include Vitex. Trying to educate myself on this and decide if I should use this as well. I am planning on trying in August!

I will post in more detail, but I wanted to share that I gave birth to a boy and a girl!!
So excited to have both of them, and to have a little girl among my 3 beautiful boys!
