Thanks LMSM. I hope you feel better soon and can ttc thia month. Things came up early on this cycle, so we didnt bd much (or at all). Here is my chart with bd pattern. I thought i was gonna O yesterday or today. Well we shall see tomorrow if it will be my lucky day. What is your nornal O day? And what is your bd plan?

Yeah doesn't look like O yet but the drop could be the drop that often happens just before O and the rise that then comes...your opks were aaaalmost there so should be good if you can get a few more BD sessions in
My BD plan was disturbed by the thrush earlier in the week and O seemingly coming early now but we BDd Saturday last week, last night too and now that my opk is almost there, might attempt tonight but might wait for tomorrow and make sure I test probably trice to ensure I don't miss the surge no es my today either..so weird lol after pos opk (probably tomorrow) will try at least 2 BD ..fortunately it's the we, sô easier to slot those in than during the week

My eldest keeps saying that I will have a boy baby and girl baby in my belly next. I'm like no baby I hope not! Lol. But of course if it did happen by some miracle I would be blessed!

Sorry to jump in with a totally random topic, I was just hoping others may share some opinions and suggestions with me

I find myself eating a lot of the same things every day (in order to get a wide variety of vitamins and nutrients- I use my fitness pal) for example, caloric intake is high, no problem there, but I've had shredded cheese, banana, apple, lettuce, tomatoe, potatoes, carrots and hamburger every day for the past 4 days. Is this a good thing or a bad thing, or does it make a difference you think? I figured as long as nutrition was great and my eating routine always meets the HE guidelines, it should be a good thing. Or do you think I need to widen the variety of foods I eat, and try to get that same level of nutrition from some other fruits/vegetables?

I would agree with what the ladies suggested..and I feel nothing but your own satisfaction so food doesn't grow dull, variety is great for that too!

That's great!!! I didn't even realize the years matched up I've decided to put off trying until next month (even though I've been so eager since february!) so that I can be 100% satisfied with my sway before trying. This is my last baby regardless so If it's a girl I don't want to get those feelings of "if only I had..."

Also, I just now saw your picture! Good luck, my fingers are crossed for you!!

i've just found this forum through various searches on google, and i'm glad i did. i purchased a few supplements last week before reading this forum - but i think i'll need to read more on this forum to accumulate a list of supplements which I should take and also get the DH to take it too. ^^ i plan to start trying next month, and also reading about the HE diet to try down a few notes to stick to for our food menu...
