Well what you've lost so far is amazing. And as Atomic says any weight loss at all generally sways pink so you're well in the pink zone I reckon.

I have exactly another 10 lbs to me goal too.
I wasn't losing much at first, really slowly, but I think it was that I wasn't getting the exercise in. I got it in all last week, lost 5 lbs. I'm down 10 and have 10 more to go, but my attempt is in like 4 days, so I doubt I'll see it. 10 lbs got me to no longer obese by bmi standards though
Do you guys know if we are supposed to continue the exercise in the tww?
I'm also super confused with this clomid stuff, they say it's supposed to dry you out..hah! Not even close. Suppose antihistamines are still in my near future.

Hi unwirklich, I asked the same question about the exercise during the 2ww and Atomic said to continue. And it kind makes sense, couse if you don't get a BFP first month ttc..then it's like 2 weeks wasted without exercise as exercise for pink is getting great results.
I'm kind of in the 2ww, (still keeping the exercise) got a BFN yesterday at 13dpo..today no sign of AF, will test again tomorrow.
Seriously guys, I'm kind of jealous of all the weight loss, well done on you!

So reading through everyone's posts I'm a bit confused about the exercise issue. I was under the impression that for pink sways we aren't supposed to exercise unless we are doing heavy cardio every single day, as our only exercise. Is this not the case?
Also pink swayers, I would love you forever if you posted a list of your go to LE foods and meals because that's the biggest thing holding me back. I seriously can't figure out ANYTHING to eat that keeps with the diet aside from like carrots sticks and....yeah that's it lol. I've read the short list of suggestions that Atomic put in the LE posts but I just don't see how you can plan a diet off of such a list. Like I said before I don't have the time right now to research foods and recipes (it's on my to do list) and I would love some quick help from the expertsLast edited by Mlane; April 5th, 2014 at 04:46 PM.

Hi mlane, I've been eating a lot of frozen meals. Are you in the United States? Annies and trader Joe's both carry tons of vegetarian low fat organic frozen meals that are tasty and healthy. Last night I made spinach lasagna rolls from skinny taste. Com. They were so delicious even dh loved them!

On exercise for girl swayers, Atomic says don't or 60 minutes 5-7 times a week unless you have PCOS or insulin issues, then any exercise you can muster is good, but 60 minutes 5-7 times a week is best.
I think the meal I eat most often is salad. lol Iceburg lettuce, half a slice of velveeta cheese torn up, 2 tsp dressing for calories, 6 croutons, cauliflower and occasionally carrot and/or tomato. Ends up roughly 200-250 C and 3 g p, very little fat. White rice and steamed veggies is an easy one too. The diet is way easier to do if you aren't so concerned with the sodium too.

Thanks unwirk. What is the big deal with the sodium anyway besides normal health issues? I see everyone talk about it and have wondered.
Bluebonnet, thanks for the advice. Are you in Texas? I am, and the wild flowers are everywhere right now. My first time seeing them, very beautiful.

Mlane, the sodium has to do with some peoples thinking that high sodium = boy so SOME people monitor their sodium intake whilst swaying. Atomic doesn't believe sodium sways so most people don't worry. It does make the LE harder when also trying to monitor sodium intake. I think there is an essay on it here somewhere??!?!! 😕

lyagirl, great timing for your attempt ha! You never know you might ovulate a little earlier or later. Best of luck anyway!
Miane I eat a very boring diet every day as it's easier for me to stick too so I'd be the worst to give tips on diet. At lunch I have white toast and hummus or cream cheese and four or five rice cakes. Then at teatime I have rocket and tomato salad with white rolls or pasta with ww sauce followed by ww yoghurt and meringues. Followed by more rice cakes and sweets and chocolate. Three to four coffees a day and one hot choc. I'm normally so healthy so for the few weeks that are in it I'm doing the complete opposite to my normal diet in the vain hope it gives me a little pink bean!
