So in two weeks both girls gained a lb, so now we’ll fortify our breast milk 2-3 times per day

Mommy2apples, it really didn’t change much as I’m exclusively pumping for the girls now and adding fortifier to the pumped milk, but now we only have to fortify 2-3 feedings per day
