Same weight my brother was (but he was a week early), we still don't know where it came from as the rest of us are delicate. Congrats on your big boy lala! He's so cute

Congrat lala to your perfect little son and happy New Year to everybody...
On the 16th I will have my caesarean (unfortunately I will never have the joy of a natural birth) and I am really looking forward to hold my little daughter in my arms (well on one hand definitely but on the other hand I am really afraid if I can handle all the three of them and that I hopefully don’t get a baby like the last one who was only crying for four month…).
After having regularly contractions in week 34 I had to go to hospital for one night and now I have to take a lot of medicine and to lay as much as I can. But this is not so easy with a son with pneumonia and a husband with a serious man influenza ;-)….
All of you will have the possibility of a natural birth or I am not the only one with a caesarean?
It makes me really sad that I will have three children and could never experience a natural birth ☹. But safety comes first…
Wishing you all the best for your last weeks…2007

Castch- why have you had only c-sections? I'm sorry to hear you won't be getting your dream birth- this can be really hard to cope with.

Castch- my first birth was induced at 37 weeks and after 36 hrs of labour maxed out pitocin I was forced to have a c section bc my Dr was leaving. Her shift was over.
Next child I met with an OB and she told me pretty much right away that a c-section was my only option . I left her office and got a midwife instead bc I wanted to avoid another section. Long story short I was able to have a successful vbac at the hospital with help from my midwives. A huge baby at that.!
This one I've gone the same route.
Now having said that.. there are many times where you wouldn't be able to do a natural eg (breech baby/small cervix) etc. Also i have to be closely monitored during labour bc my uterus could rupture from the scar. Very scary.
Just bc you don't have a vaginal birth doesn't mean you aren't experiencing a wonderful miracle! . I know how hard recovery is with one though. But sometimes baby has other plans on how she wishes to enter the world. As long as you and baby are healthy.. that's all that matters!!😊Mama to 2 DS
