Well, I had my first meal at midday of cinnamon and raisin bagel toasted with peanut butter and banana on top, followed by one rice cake, some dried fruit and a nakd bar. Currently having my second meal of mashed swede with gravy, and probably something else if I'm still hungry...x

Had some porridge with cinnamon for a meal between lunch and dinner. Dinner was fajitas with peppers, onions and Sweetcorn (quorn for protein) and cheese, followed by cinnamon swirl buns xx

Ugh. I've been so good that I allowed myself to cheat yesterday to celebrate 7 days in a row of cardio. Well, I did my exercise today, did my deep housecleaning, and had to get bonus exercise to bring home DS1's friend from school. Needless to say I had a snack, and I went overboard [emoji20]. I think I need to structure cheats better and plan my meals better to handle extra exercise or work.
There's always tomorrow! Live and learn!

think of it like average speed cameras, cheats are allowed as long as the overall diet and exercise plan is ok
well done on all the cardio though! I did some stair stepping today I really need to get myself a bike! Xx

Thank you Mulberry Smurf! I know one day isn't a big deal, but I just need to have a plan on days like today.

I'm on countdown till lunch, had a coffee but it sort of makes me feel a bit too alert and I'm finding house jobs to do.... Then I'll crash and need lunch quickly! Probably going to have a bagel with low fat cheese spread and a yoghurt, nothing exciting sadly! Roll on when I can treat myself to a McDonald's breakfast or bacon sarnie :-)

Yes power through until we know we have done all we can!!
planning in cheat days sounds like it could work xx. I have had two slices of potato bread and a coffee this morning (at 10). I had three chocolate malteaser bunnies (the mini ones) yesterday but AF is here so I really needed it!! Think I may join you on the yoghurt for lunch today! And a smoothie, dinner is probably going to be pasta with spicy cheese sauce xx

Ive spent the most part of my morning with food, but none of it mine! My boys have had cereal, yoghurt, juice, milk, brioche, two apples, an orange and a piece of toast! And i will be doing their lunch soon, before mine!! Hubby finished off the last easter egg last night, in front of me!! It wont be long till im asking for more chocolate though.. AND we are going away this weekend, so i can only guess which way that is going to go!!
Happy with my crew and no more are due xx
