Heavy drinker/being drunk during conception sways pink?

Hmmm...I can drink lots of beer without getting drunk, but I've never had any other type of alcoholic drink except for a daquiri. Maybe I'll try a vodka sort of drink. I don't want to get sick though.

Oh, I forgot I've had a Long Island Iced Tea and a Bloody Mary before!

Anything to take into consideration is there could be a difference between someone who drank on the night they got pregnant compared to someone who frequently drinks booze you know? Its like having a salad the night you concieved when for the last year you ate a cheeseburger lol

Queen-of-harts' comment is similar to a question I wanted to ask: If we're thinking that some imbibing can sway pink, are we thinking we should have a drink or two the night of DTD? Or would it be more like once a night from AF-O?

My suspicion would be that AF-O would prob. be more effective BUT I'm a hair concerned about egg health...I think that to balance benefits vs. risk, it might be best to keep the drinking to the few days right before O>

I know that strictly speaking, champagne would not be allowed on the IG-Style diet because it's made of grapes.

It IS allowed in the LE diet as long as you take the calories into account.

i know this is a bit old, but just to add my experience.. with my first son we partied everyday like rockstars and drank alot (had ZERO plans for conception, BC failed lol)... when it came time to get preggo for our next baby, we figured hmm welp staying drunk for 2 mos works! and bam, another DS :/ so i would have to say that i would NOT recommend drinking as a way to have a girl.. just as a way to get preggo in general best of luck!!

This thread is hilarious lol. Very interesting as i would not be a big drinker,probably only 2-3 times a year.My tipple is vodka and coke so i'm smiling ear to ear after reading this. Maybe i should just drink a few before O to make me relaxed.Dh drinks a few beers every night and always has, so maybe it is more effective if dw drinks.
Also i'm a smoker and have 3 ds so i dont personally think it sways much and certainly would'nt advise anyone to take it up for a sway. Off to stock up on some vodka! yay!
