Well... I just couldn't last another hour or two without eating, so I caved and ate three baby carrots. Surprisingly, I feel better.

Which is exactly why I'm not very happy, eek! Right now I'm following the plan almost perfectly (doing meals from the meal suggestions at 12pm and 6:30pm and drinking my sugar free drinks through the day).
I think my issue is that I have a problem with gluten, so my body is freaking out.

Aurora-Sorry about the neg responses. Never what you want to hear. If I get preggo mine will be the same way, my parents have already told us not to have more! *hugs*
Ootb-I feel the same way about having a dg, always thought that since I was about 13yr old. Hopefully we will be able to pass on that relationship in a healthier way someday, fx.
KD-are you taking clomid this time too?
Katie-isn't it crazy how just a tiny bit of food can make you feel better!
Littlemiss-Not doing tbm, mostly b/c it seems too complicated to me! Good luck!
Rainbow-how tall are you? Unless you are very short you probably want to plateau at that weight, no?

Yeah!! I had a small bowl of pasta again for lunch today. It seems to be the one thing I am happy with right now, so maybe I'll live off pasta for the next week. hahaha I'm sure I'll get sick of it soon.

Amari: I'm short, 4'11"!
Laughing: perhaps that's it... you can tweak how much you eat, though, so you lose more/less as needed. We each burn a different amount of calories just doing "nothing", so perhaps you need to find the numbers that work best for you
not ideal when swaying pink, though

I don't have a scale, so I haven't weighed myself at the start of this whole thing/diet.
I guessed around 115, but I seriously wasn't sure at all. I started around early December (with a lot of weak moments and getting the hang of things/portions/measurements still...) and weighed myself at my son's childminder's house, and so on December 23rd I weighed in at 111.5 pounds.
I just weighed myself tonight at her house again and am down to 107 pounds.
Is that an okay amount of weight loss for 2+ weeks?
Or do I need to step it up a notch and stop trying for calorie top ups, i.e. sweets/candies all the time?

Rainbow, I thought being thin was very good for pink? I'm overweight and afraid that I swayed blue, though I was losing weight at the time of O, not a lot, just like 5 lbs, I was really behaving myself for the whole week of O, and some before then (was avoiding highly fat and/or nutritious foods)
That makes me feel a bit better about my sway!

I apologize...Just been trying to catch up w/older posts and I'm sorry if this big long post hurts your eyes to look at...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Somehow I missed this…sorry for the belated response. I always go w/my gut...if it feels good, do it! I think that's great that you decided to skip this month b/c regrets are never a good thing, especially when your dream is on the line.
I've compiled a list of places we'll go out to eat once I get my BFP...I am craving so many things right now... The funny thing is that I did this last time (made a food/restaurant list) but after about a week or so of my BFP, I didn’t care about food at all and my cravings were gone.
Whatever it takes3 baby carrots is nothing, girl!
Dannikins, Thursday is VERY SOON! Can’t wait to hear an update!
Pinkin, same thing happened w/me when I was preg w/my boys...I was 20 lbs heavier, though, so it wasn't an issue. If it happens again and I'm the weight I am now, I'll be in the hospital. Luckily last time when I was only 108 lbs and preg, I didn't have hyperemesis & could usually keep water/food down. FX that both of us have wonderful pregnancies w/our little girls
Lemon, sending you lots offor next week’s attempt!!! I might use a little bit of RepHresh but I’m still on the fence. We’re waiting to BD until I get a +OPK and then we’ll hopefully BD through O. We’ll use Sylk, I’ll do the diet along w/Peppermint tea but other than that, no other swaying tricks. This thread is just crazy isn’t it!?!
KD – Did you get an attempt in last night? Keep it up!!! I’ll be BD through O too hopefully. I think you’ve got a great shot at a girl!!!
Amari, you are tiny!!! You are doing such an amazing job being so small and still being able to sway. Your size in itself should sway!
You’re just tiny too, Rainbow…I’m glad you’re able to maintain your weight on the diet now. FX that you won’t have to stay on it much longer!
Nope…I think it would get my T-levels too high. I’ve not tested pH since May and I’m just trusting in the diet, a little Sylk and some…Will you be doing the TBM?
Thx...I used to look pretty good but that was back when I had muscles and was toned. Now I just look skinny w/nothing there.I'd much rather be 10+ lbs heavier and have my muscles back but not until I get my eggo preggo w/a sweet pink thing (which is what you've got going on
...
)
I would try to not go under 1400 cals. You're probably fine as long as you're doing that and I think your weight loss will slow down eventually.
Mocha, Auroara, Jamie…YAY for impending bumps…I can’t wait to see belly pics in a month or so!!!Jen+ DH

Being small could sway pink although losing weight while conceiving is a bigger swayer. I think Rainbow meant that it's tough when you're small b/c you don't have that much weight to lose and the diet can really make the lbs. come off too quick for some. Losing weight around conception is super! You were doing well! I think you've got a super shot at getting your little girl, Aurora!!!
