Hi Ladies, I would love to chat with some other ladies over 35 in regards to swaying. I am 38 and DH is 42. We have one DS who is nearly 3. We left it later to start our family and I sometimes regret that now but what is done is done. I would love to have a DD so here I am trying to sway. My biggest concern is the frequency/timing - either FR or abstain. Due to age abstain is out but I find the FR is not really working for us. It would be great to know what other ladies are planning.
I wanted to also say I think this is a great forum for us to come in and talk freely about how we feel and what we are scared of and no one will judge us. HopeandDream, hugs to you. Thank you for sharing with us.

Hello ! Just checking in here though this thread doesn't seem very active . I just turned 39 and DH is 42. We're going to start our pink sway in a couple of days with a view to ttc in September. I think I should be concerned re fertility though we had no problems getting pregnant before but I was 29 and 32 but I suppose we'll see.

Im not sure. I was thinking this month. I may have one attempt this month, but maybe next month. This is my first PPAF since having DS, and I havent started the diet properly yet either, so it may be a bit early to have a go! What about you?
