This Friday will be 11 weeks 4 days, dh jus send me a text saying tied up this weekend maybe next week,hope he will make it next Friday

Yep but he works until late so he's not even here!! I bet il get ov pains during the day and that will mean im out i litrally cannot believe this!!!! Iv been temping this month and temp this morning shows i have not ovulated ... yet!!! Im so mad i give up i just turned 36 and this is wasting time. I can barley even type this argh!!!

Really really wish you don't get ov pain today. May you dtd today as soon as you can and feel ov pain tomorrow. And don't worry Nell there are so so many ladies who got pregnant dtd on ov day itself, just try BD today as soon as you can dear.. This month will be different BD for you so maybe you ll get lucky this time..

How much ever tired he is, try not to give up Nell. Not easy to skip a month even without giving it a try.

I've read that the egg is viable for 24hrs after ovulation so chill you're not out yet...
So GL Nell.. this is your month!

Nell, it’s so frustrating when we organize and do everything for our sways only to be at the mercy of our DHs! But don’t lose hope! I got pregnant from BDing on Ov day with DD2! An obvious shettles opposite, which I’m very thankful for! I’m gonna try to attach a pic of my chart. I was using opk and temping so I know which day I ov’d. Praying for your successful, pink attempt!

Thank you sg and thank you for attaching your chart so sweet of you! So how do you know what day you ovulate this is my 1st month doing it, is it the day of temp rise? Thank you for being so encouraging too

Nell, the temp spike happens the day after ovulation, because after the egg pops out of the ovary the corpus luteum (the cyst that’s left after the egg pops out) starts pumping out progesterone, and that’s the hormone that makes your temp rise. When trying for DD2, when I used the opk, I’d never get a high just low low low then peak The month I conceived her, I had the temp shift the next day. So, I ovulated the same day as my peak the month that I conceived her. I hope I didn’t just make it way more confusing!
