Not sure what to do about frequency since I have no idea when I might ovulate, we did abstain last time. Not sure if I should just bd every few days then maybe compressed fr when I get my +opk. Opinions?

And I haven't started the opks yet, how soon after a miscarriage can you ovulate? Its been 4 days so far, do you count the bleed as cd1?

We did FR last time but DH found it hard with the licorice root (i'll get him to start back on it today) and will only do it if we BD which i'm sooo not up for right now. So thinking maybe abstain with a couple of attempts? No idea if or when i'll ovulate though.
